My stay in the Superior Double Room was quite disappointing due to its cramped space. it felt inadequate for storing my luggage. I also found the bathroom cleanliness to be below expectations, which was frustrating. Additionally, the noise from the surrounding restaurants made it difficult to get restful sleep at night.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, yet it’s quiet at night, allowing for great sleep. The staff, especially Annie and Tommy, were incredibly helpful, providing local recommendations and even some homemade rice wine to try! Exceptional Hospitality and Local Insights
I spent 7 nights at a lovely hotel in Hanoi where the vibe felt like home. The manager, Tommy, went out of his way to ensure my experience was outstanding, even organizing unique performances and dining experiences to suit my tastes. It's in a fantastic location near local markets and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The only thing I might suggest is perhaps having a more consistent front desk presence, but I appreciated their quick communication via WhatsApp when needed.
